What we process
We process your account identity, order and credit records, two uploaded images, generation settings, provider task identifiers, and the resulting video. We never store card numbers or security codes.
Who helps provide the service
Manus provides hosting, login and the application database. Stripe can process payment, but new credit checkout is paused. We currently show a licensed original video; no personalized face-swap request is accepted and uploaded portraits are not sent to a generation provider. Older historical tasks may have used APIMart (WAN 3.0 or Seedance 2.5) or SeeAPI. If the service reopens, this policy will identify the verified provider and how it handles reference photos before uploads resume.
Privacy-friendly analytics
Analytics are currently disabled. If aggregate analytics are enabled later, we will update this policy first.
Retention
For newly consented successful tasks, processed source photos stay with the video for up to 7 days; authorized administrators may inspect them for support and quality. Failed tasks purge photos, and earlier tasks keep their prior shorter deletion rule. Deleting the video or account removes local photos sooner. Provider-facing photo links expire within 24 hours. Minimal order records may be retained for fraud, accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can delete an individual video from its result page or request account-data deletion from Account. We do not sell your images or use them to train models.
Temporary face-quality check
For human videos, our server temporarily compares facial features from both uploads with several frames of the generated result before delivery. These temporary face descriptors are not retained, sent to a separate quality-check provider, used for login, or shared with other users. If the result cannot be checked or does not match, we do not deliver it and return the generation credits.
Provider copies and deletion limits
New video generation is currently paused. Past AI interpretation jobs used APIMart (WAN 3.0 or Seedance 2.5) and, in older cases, SeeAPI. For those historical jobs, approved photos were supplied through unguessable links expiring within 24 hours; APIMart cleanup is best effort and provider-held copies may persist after deletion here. SeeAPI documentation does not promise automatic expiry or remote deletion of historical results. Successful previous jobs retained consented photos and outputs here for no longer than seven days unless deleted sooner; failed jobs purged source photos. No photos are being sent to a new two-face replacement provider while the dedicated original-video workflow remains unavailable.
